- Business to Business (B2B) Service: The services provided by MyAppoint are intended for business use. By subscribing, you confirm that you are purchasing these services for trade, business, or professional purposes.
- Advance Payment: Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis. All subscription fees must be paid monthly in advance.
- No Refunds: In accordance with standard UK B2B practice, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrades, downgrades, or unused months. The statutory "cooling-off" period for consumers does not apply to this commercial contract.
2. Booking Funds & Transfers
If you use MyAppoint to collect payments or deposits from your clients:
- Payout Schedule: Funds collected on your behalf will be transferred to your designated UK bank account within 7 days of the appointment being successfully completed.
- Verification: We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the completion of the service cannot be verified.
3. Liability & Indemnity (UK Law)
Please read this section carefully.
- Loss of Earnings: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAppoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of business, or loss of goodwill arising from any outage, bug, or service interruption.
- Service Availability: While we aim for high uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
-
Statutory Exclusions: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable UK law.
